Begin your coaching journey with the ACC-level Training Course
We look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward being an effective and engaged coach! You will learn the essential coaching skills, approaches, mindsets needed to facilitate powerful and transformative coaching conversations. You will engage with other student that bring their wisdom and experience to the training, and you'll work with several Vibrant Faith coaching school instructors . Listed below are faculty that you'll interact with on a regular basis - both during classes, practice labs, panel and book discussions, and via blogs. You'll also meet several other faculty members who will equip, encourage, and empower you in fulfilling your training objectives.

General Information about the Course
About the Training Sessions
- Training sessions are held Mondays and Wednesdays (1:00-3:00pm central).
- Recorded training sessions may be accessed online for up to 2 weeks following the presentation date..
- Presentation slides are posted for all sessions exceptpractice labs.
- Please watch the Core Competencies videos for the first time before the first class. Then watch them a second time, by September 30th, to complete the Core Competencies Video assignments which are listed below each video. Click here to go to the Core Competencies Course page.
- Complete Coaching School Manual assignments by September 30th so that you have a foundational understanding of key coaching concepts and practices.
- Read and submit 20 blog assignments by November 30th. Your instructor may request that you complete certain blog by a specific time if they are referred to during a session. As a rule, complete 2 blogs a week starting with the first session..
- Please email your instructors if you'll be late or absent from a class.

- Students can begin logging coaching hours after the first ACC session.
- Students will receive their Course Certificate upon completion of all coursework.
