Surface to Soul provides in person and online training for paid and unpaid leaders who to seek to increase their impact and influence in their everyday lives. We offer several training events each month that are free. In addition, we offer paid training events that often include a coaching component.

Understanding the time constraints of today's leaders, we offer:

• 30 minute learning labs that can be incorporated into a team meeting or watched individually.
• 60 minute webinars that include downloadable resources and videos to watch
• 3 hour MasterClasses that include handouts, blogs, downloadable resources, and may include a coaching session.
• An annual Leading Well Learning Retreat that's held in Scottsdale, AZ every January.
• Customized training events that can be tailored to your unique setting and scheduling constraints.
