Session 119 - Mastering Coaching Practice Labs

Welcome, everyone. Today we’re diving into one of the most transformational parts of your coaching school experience: our Coaching Demonstration Practice Labs. These labs are designed to help you practice in real time, apply what you’re learning, and demonstrate coaching skills that align with the ICF Code of Ethics and the 8 Core Competencies. In these labs, you will rotate through three roles: Coach, Coachee, and Observer. Each role is essential. Each role helps you develop powerful coaching skills. And each role mirrors what happens in real, professional coaching settings.By the end of this session, you will know:

- What is expected in each role

- How to prepare for a coaching demonstration

- How to give and receive high-quality feedback

- How these labs connect directly to the ICF’s ethical standards and competencies

- How to identify the coaching proficiencies you personally want to grow in
