Book discussions are open to all, with focus on the needs and interests of Vibrant Faith's Leading Well Community, Coaching School Alumni, and ministry partners who are connected with Vibrant Faith. Conversations focus on ways to live well, lead well, and coach well. Discussions are facilitated by Jim LaDoux and members of the Leading Well  and Coaching School Alumni Communities. We encourage participants to buy and read the selected books ahead of time, listing questions and concepts that intrigued them while reading. A link to a blog posting that lists key themes from the book along with discussion questions will be shared on the Leading Well Facebook Group, on the Surface to Soul app, and will be emailed to people who sign up for the discussions ahead of time.

Equip your colleagues
A recap of emerging themes that come out of the book discussion will be posted on the Leading Well Facebook page and in the Leading Well and Coaching School Alumni Communities via the Surface to Soul app. On occasion, a Youtube video is also shared. You're welcome to invite your colleagues and lay leaders to participate in these events. Sign up using the form below.

Vibrant Faith's Leadership Learning Labs are for BOTH paid and unpaid church leaders. They are filled with great ideas, helpful tips, and practical tools. Make sure that your leaders are aware of these free training events. Participants who register will receive a reminder email 2 days before each event that includes a Zoom link and access to training resources resource links, and then one more reminder the day of the event.
