Leading Well Cohort Groups

The cohort process involves a two-year commitment where a Vibrant Faith coach accompanies a group of pastors who are committed to personal and congregational transformation. Pastors support each other as they address their most pressing issues and take concrete action on the things that matter most.

As pastors gain insights about themselves and their leadership behaviors, they are invited to share their wisdom with others. Each participant will develop a Leadership Formation Plan with the guidance and insight of an experienced coach. Pastors will be provided tools and resources to serve as adaptive leaders and to live into their Leadership Formation Plan.
