We look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward being an effective and engaged coach! You will learn the essential coaching skills, approaches, mindsets needed to facilitate powerful and transformative coaching conversations.  You will engage with other student that bring their wisdom and experience to the training, and you'll work with several Vibrant Faith coaching school instructors . About  the Training  Sessions

  • Training sessions  are held Mondays and Wednesdays (1:00-3:00pm central).
  • Training sessions are recorded.  A link is sent to students following each session.
  • Recorded training sessions are  kept on file for one month, then discarded.
  • Presentation slides are included for every session except for practice labs .
  • Please watch the  Core Competencies videos  before February 6th.
  • Complete the Core Competencies assignments by February 20th.
  • Complete the Coaching School Manual assignments by February 28th.
  • Share your Takeaways, Learnings, and Questions (TLQs) after each session.
  • Please share blog comments within 2 days of their assigned reading date.
  • Please email your instructors if you'll be late for or absent from a class.

Overview
Whether you have 5 clients or more than 50, coaches need to develop specific systems that result in transformational coaching experiences.These systems starting with inviting clients to work with you, helping clients understand what coaching is and isn't,  what happens during and between coaching sessions, and how conversations, progress, learnings, and next steps will be tracked. In addition, systems are needed to process contracts, receive payments, pay expenses, and schedule upcoming coaching sessions.  The goal is to help create a positive and productive experience for your client while also reducing the amount of time and effort that goes into managing multiple coaching relationships.
